Is Cash on Delivery available?+
Yes. COD is available across most Indian pincodes at no extra charge. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by SMS / WhatsApp once shipped.
What if the size doesn't fit?+
You can return or exchange within 10 days of delivery, as long as the shoes are unworn and in the original box. See our returns policy for details.
Should I pick Black or Brown?+
Black is the safe all-rounder for office, interviews and formal events. Brown works beautifully with navy, grey, beige and chinos — great for weddings and smart-casual days.
How do I care for my shoes?+
Wipe off dust with a dry cloth after wear, polish with a matching shoe cream every few weeks, and store with shoe trees or paper inside to keep the shape.
